The shortlist for the 26th annual Doncaster Business Awards has been unveiled, featuring finalists across 16 categories.
This black-tie event, organised by Doncaster Chamber of Commerce and set for 12th December, is a highlight in the city’s calendar.
Each year, the awards spotlight the best businesses and reflect on their achievements over the past twelve months.
A Chamber spokesperson stated: “Selected through a rigorous judging process, the 2024 Doncaster Business Awards nominees range from start-ups to SMEs, tenacious entrepreneurs, and anchor employers.
“Categories also include customer service excellence, partnership success, innovation, apprentices, and more.
“Having shone in their written applications, these finalists will now progress to the interview stage, where the shortlists will be reduced to one winner and a highly commended runner-up for each category.
“Trophies will be awarded during the evening, which will include live entertainment, food, and celebration.”
Jade Dyer, Doncaster Chamber COO, added: “Competition has been fierce this year, showcasing the exceptional calibre of Doncaster’s business community.
“Our finalists have distinguished themselves, and I look forward to celebrating their success on the awards night.
“I also want to thank our sponsors, without whom this event wouldn’t be possible. There are still a few categories available for sponsorship, and I encourage any interested parties to get involved.”
